- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
- Good eye for B-roll, captions, sound design, and visual flow
- Understanding of retention-focused editing
- Ability to follow references and match a defined style
- Attention to detail and consistent quality
- Clear communication and reliable delivery
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is welcome.

How much work will I get?
Project volume is largely performance-based. Editors who consistently deliver high-quality work tend to receive more projects, as clients naturally want to continue working with them.
Is this freelance or full-time?
This is a remote freelance position with the opportunity to work full-time hours. You can scale your workload based on your availability and performance.
Is the editing test paid?
Yes. Selected candidates receive $50 for completing the test edit.
How long do I have to complete the test edit?
You'll have 3 days from the time you receive the test. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Is the position remote?
Yes. Our editors work 100% remotely so that you can work from anywhere.
