Agency Dashboard
Running your client list, managing your team, and getting the most out of the dashboard.
1Your navigation
Three areas, always in the left-hand rail.
2All clients
Your landing screen and the hub for everything else. It lists every client in your world — the ones you own, plus anything your sub-accounts work on. Search by name, address or email, filter by plan, and switch on Trials only or Include canceled to narrow the list.
From the list you can open a client and act on them directly. Cancelling and reactivating plans are both available to you from here.
3Adding a client
- Start from All clients and use the add-client action to open the New Business dialog.
- Search for the business by name and address. Pick the matching Google listing from the suggestions.
- Add the client's email and decide whether to start them on a trial. The dialog shows how many trial spots you have left.
- Leave Welcome Email on to send the client their account credentials automatically, or switch it off if you'd rather brief them yourself first.
- Add location to queue it, repeat for any further locations, then Create Locations.
- Activate the subscription when you're ready to start billing.
To get a client into their dashboard without handling a password, use Request Login Link from the client header and send them the generated link.
4Inside a client
Opening a client gives you these tabs:
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Rankings, keywords, the grid map, scan history and summary figures. |
| Check Health | On-demand website and listing check. |
| Audits | Generate and review audit reports for this client. |
| GBP Change History | Changes detected on the client's Google Business Profile. |
| Logs | Activity recorded against this client. |
| GMB Settings | Account-level controls — see the next section. |
Your clients see a shorter version of this when they sign in — Dashboard, Check Health and GBP Change History. Audits, Logs and GMB Settings are agency-side.
5GMB Settings
The account-level controls for a client.
- Cancellation — cancel the client's plan
- Reactivate plan — reverse a cancellation
- Agencies with access — grant or remove another agency's read-only access to this client
6Keywords and scans
Open a client's Dashboard and use the keywords panel. The tabs across the top split the list into All, Active, Inactive and Deleted, with a count on each.
- Add keywords with + Add keywords at the bottom of the panel, or through Manage.
- Delete keywords individually or in bulk from Manage.
- Activate and deactivate a keyword to pause tracking while keeping its history.
- Render a ranking GIF to export an animation of a keyword's ranking history for client reporting.
7Audits
A full technical audit of a client's listing, website, citations, reviews and social presence.
- Open the client and go to the Audits tab. Before the first run you'll see No Reports yet.
- Press Generate new. That queues the audit — the button shows a spinner and is disabled while the run is in progress.
- Leave the page if you want. A Generating audit banner holds the state, and the report drops into the history on its own when it finishes. You don't need to sit and watch it.
- Open the finished report with View report on its card, or send it on from there.
Reading the report card
Each completed audit gets a card in Report History showing, at a glance:
- Score and grade with the percentage of factors covered, plus counts of critical issues and warnings.
- Category health — coloured bars for GBP, links, on-page, reviews and social, so you can see which area is dragging the score down.
- Citations — how many of the directories checked actually list the business.
- Reviews — rating, review count and the share that have been answered.
- Review velocity — reviews per month against the benchmark, with a trend line.
- Social — which platforms were detected and which are connected.
- Next — the single recommended action, with the total number of gaps found.
8Users & Roles
Build your own team structure with exactly the access you want each person to have.
You can create team members and define your own roles for them. A role is just a named set of permissions.
- Create a role — name it after the job ("Sales", "Reporting", "Support"), then tick the permissions it should carry. Any of your own permissions can go into it.
- Add the team member and assign them that role.
- Adjust later by editing the role. Everyone holding it picks up the change.
Two further rules worth knowing:
- Your roles are private to you. Other resellers never see them, and you never see theirs.
- Roles are changed by someone else, never by their own holder — that applies to you as well as your team.
Your team members see your clients, because they work inside your agency. A new role starts empty, so each person gets exactly what you tick and nothing more.
9Your account settings
Settings gives you three sections:
| Section | What's there |
|---|---|
| My Account | Your own details and password. |
| My Domain | Your white-label domain settings, so clients reach the dashboard under your brand. |
| Payment | Your billing details and payment history with Jumper Media. |
You also control the watermark applied to rendered assets for your agency.
10Logs
Two views of the same audit trail. Logs in the main menu covers activity across your agency; the Logs tab inside a client narrows it to that client.
You see your own agency's activity. A team member with a custom role sees their own actions.
11Your permissions
What your account holds. Every one of these can be delegated to a role you create.
| Permission | What it lets you do |
|---|---|
| Add new clients | Create clients under your agency |
| Activate subscription | Start billing for a client |
| Cancel plan | Cancel a client's plan |
| Reactivate plan | Reverse a cancellation |
| Request login link | Mint a sign-in link for a client |
| Add keywords | Track new search terms for a client |
| Delete keywords | Remove a tracked keyword |
| Keyword included | Activate a keyword |
| Keyword excluded | Pause a keyword without deleting it |
| Generate audit | Run audit reports |
| Render ranking GIF | Export ranking animations |
| Update watermark | Set the branding on rendered assets |
A role you create can carry any combination of these.
